HeroDevs took company connection to paradise with an unforgettable retreat at Secrets Tides Punta Cana. Inspired by “The Amazing HeroDevs Race: Race to Paradise,” the experience brought the team together through the perfect mix of meaningful work, friendly competition, celebration, and plenty of time to enjoy eachothers company.

Throughout the week, attendees connected over poolside bonding, beach parties, team dinners, talks, and meetings with a view. The energy continued after hours with karaoke nights, shared experiences, and moments designed to strengthen relationships beyond the workplace.

At the heart of the retreat was The Amazing HeroDevs Race, a series of high-energy games and competitions hosted by game show and podcast host Ryan Budds. Teams competed, collaborated, and laughed their way through challenges that brought the “Race to Paradise” theme to life.

The week culminated in La Fiesta de Luz, a vibrant final-night celebration featuring an unforgettable Loco Hour. The perfect high-energy finale to an incredible week in paradise.

From productive conversations to poolside connection, friendly competition to late-night celebrations, every detail was intentionally designed to bring the HeroDevs team closer together and create an experience they wouldn’t forget.
